What is our “cleanse” program and why do we use quotes for the word “cleanse”? This isn’t a traditional “cleanse”. What Arrives at Your Door?
This weekly program consists of TWENTY (20) 16 ounce seasonal, diverse soups. Your week will consist of 5 days on the cleanse (that is 4 soups a day - yes, including soup for breakfast!). This gives you any 2 days within the week to be “off the cleanse”, with nutritional guidelines provided, of course. Each soup day is specifically designed for optimal nutritional absorption and energy production.
A typical cleanse day may include delicious and nutritious flavors, such as Barley Chickpea Kale, Black Bean Sweet Potato Chili, Quinoa Roasted Sweet Potato, Split Pea Rosemary, and more. Menus change weekly.
